本文在He-Ne激光对大白鼠损伤坐骨神经再生作用研究的基础上、用不同波长作进一步的究研,找出激光参数之一——波长的影响及作用。通过观察动作电位、雪旺氏细胞生长情况,从而找出它的规律。

This pape reports the stimulating effect of low power laser(He-Ne, He-Cd, Ar^+)on regeneration of rat sciatic nerves with several wavelengths. The following results are given after electrophysiological and histopathologi analysis: Lasers can stimulate the regeneration of nerves; No difference has found on the stimulating effect upon the sciatic nerve regeneration with wavelengths.
