三维胃电信息的提取

A Method Acquiring Three Dimensional Electrongastric Information

现有的体表胃电信号提取方法是令病人取仰卧位,在胃的体表投影区放置若干电极获取胃电信号。但这样提取的胃电信号只是在一个平面内的信息,丢失了其余两个平面内的信息。本文报告一种利用正交导联系统提取三维胃电信息的方法。实践表明,第三维信息是非常重要的。

The present methods acquiring electrogastric signals from the surface of the abdomen is that the patient lies down in the supine position. The electrods are pleated on the body surface area where the stomach is projected to. Then the electrogastric signals are taken from the electrods on the body surface [1—3]. Using the present methods, the electrogastric information can only be acquired from a plane position, and the electrogastric information from the other two planes are lost. In this paper a method using an orthogonal leads system to acquire three demensional electrogastric information was reported. Our practices have shown the third dimensional information is very important.
