Effect of Enuresis Treated by Acopuncture With Drugs

遗尿以虚证居多,临床上分为下焦虚寒,肺脾气虚、阴虚有火3个证型。本组采用、针灸与中药并用以温补下焦、补脾益气、滋阴降火为原则。针灸以任脉的穴位为主,膀胱经、足三阴经穴位为辅,配以中药缩泉丸治疗,获效较好。

The deficient syndrome is the most common type in enuresis which includes dificientcold of lower Jiao,deficiency of Qi of lung and spleen,and deficiency of Yin.It was treated by the com-bination of acupuncture with drugs,based on the principles of regulating and reinforcing spleen and kid-ney to control lower Jiao.The points on Ren channel were selected as main points,points on UB channeland three Yin channels of feet were the assistant.Combined with Shuo Quan Wan(Pills for TreatingEnuresis),the effect was good.
