摘要
股份制的理论探索和实践在中国已进入了一个新的发展阶段,本文对股份制的二重性进行了分析,并对中国社会主义股份制的规范化进行了探索。
Theoretial exploration and practice of China's Share system have come onto a new stage. The dual character of share system is analysed in the article,and exploration is also made towards standardization of China's socialist share system.
