摘要
短膜壳绦虫(Hymenolepis nana)是人体内寄生的一种小形绦虫。文献记载,该虫一般长5～80mm,节片数约为100～200个,宿主体内寄生的虫数少时,如仅1～5条,虫体长度可达120mm,节片数多至1,000个。最长的描述为140mm,但节片数目不详。笔者在实验过程中,发现小鼠体内自然感染的两条特大型短膜壳绦虫,现报告如下。
Two adult worms of Hymenolepis nana with the size bigger than that recorded before were found in a Kunrming outbred mouse.One of them is 180mm long with 2250 proglottids and the other 165mm long with 2002 Proglottids.The structure of the seolex,the mature proglottid,the pravid proglottid as well as the egg from gravid proglottid all suports the identification of the worms as Hymenolepis nana
