摘要
本文是运用阈值法对河北汉族人进行苯硫脲(PTC)味盲基因频率的研究。此项研究总共调查了567名河北汉族人。研究结果说明在河北汉族人当中味盲基因频率大约为0.2449;并且得知性别对PTC尝味能力无显著影响。
The frequency of taste-blindness gene of phenylthioearbamide (PTC)was studied from persons of Han nationality in Hebei using the threshold method and totally 567 People were investigatetd. The result shows that the taste-blindness gene frequency of Han nationality in Hebei is 0.2449.The difference in percentage of non-tasters are not of significance in the tasters of male and female.
