摘要
对520例14种皮肤病免疫荧光检查及其临床意义进行了探讨,显示LE、灭疱疮、类灭疱疮、疱疹样皮炎、扁平苔藓、Behcet综合征、血管炎等均有不等程度的阳性。认为免疫荧光检查在皮肤病诊断中具有重要地位,尤其对结缔组织类疾病和大疱类疾病更有其意义。
Immunofluorescent test and clinical significance were studied in 520 cases including 14 kinds of skin diseases.It showed Lupus Erythema, Pemphigus,Bullous Pemphigoid,Dermatitis Herpetiformis,Lichen Planus,Behcet's disease,Vasculitis,etc.had different positive rates in Immunofluoresent test.We considered that immunofluorescent test was important in skin disease diagnosis,especially in connective tis- sue diseases and bullous disease.
