结节性红斑和结节性血管炎患者红细胞免疫功能的研究

STUDY OF RED-CELL IMMUNE FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH ERYTHEMA NODOSUM AND NODULAR VASCULITIS

采用红细胞酵母菌花结试验检测20例结节性红斑和结节性血管炎患者的红细胞免疫粘附活性及红细胞免疫复合物水平。结果显示,疾病组红细胞C_(3b)受体花环率较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);而红细胞免疫复合物花环率较对照组显著增高(P<0.001);同步检测患者血清循环免疫复合物及补体含量,探讨了红细胞免疫活性降低与循环免疫复合物升高的关系。

By using the yeast-rosette test, erythrocytes from 12 patients with erythema nodosum and 8 patients with nodular vasculitis Were tested for detection of red-cell immune adherence (RCIA) activity and immune complexes on the surface of red cells.The value of serum circularing immune complexes (CIC) and complement C_3 were also determined. The results showed that the C_3b receptorrosette forming rate in patientswas significantly lower than that in the controls (P<0.05); and the IC rosette forming rate in patients was significantly higher than that in the ontrols (P<0.001).The relationbetween the decrease in RCIA activity and the elevated concentratien of CIC in serum of these patients was inquired
