人参皂甙R_g1协同诱生LAK细胞的抗瘤活性 被引量:1

摘要 用51Cr释放试验检测人参皂甙Rg1协同诱生LAK细胞对K_(562)细胞的杀伤活性。9例正常人PBL诱生的LAK细胞对K_(562)细胞的杀伤活性(30.86±16.58%)高于8例NK细胞(12.18±5.47%)。5~50μg/ml人参皂甙Rg1对LAK细胞活性皆有增强作用,尤以50μg/ml人参皂甙Rg1作用明显,其协同诱生LAK细胞的活性(56.43±12.18%)高于对照组(43.18±20.32%,P<0.05)。 This article is about using ~51Cr release test to determine the killing activity of LAK cells,prepared in the presence of IL-2 plus ginsenoside R_g1,against K_562 cells and comparison of killing activity between LAK and NK cells.The killing actiyity of IL-2-induced LAK cells prepared by incubating PBLs of 9 normal people was 30.86±16.58% which washigher than that of Nk cells from 8 cases(12.18±5.47%).Ginsenoside R_g1 of 5—50μg/ml,especially 50μg/ml,had a heightening effect on the activity of LAK cells.The Killing activity56(.43±12.18%)of LAK cells induced by a combination of IL—2 with ginsenoside R_g1 was obviously higher in comparison with that(43.18±20.32%) of the control group(P<0.05).
