摘要
经动物实验初步证明:扶尔康合剂具有提高小鼠的学习和记忆能力;增强小鼠对缺氧的耐受力、游泳的耐力和小鼠自然活动的作用;以人参生脉饮做对照经离体兔心冠脉和兔耳血管灌流证明:扶尔康合剂具有增加冠脉和兔耳血管灌流量的作用;扶尔康合剂能明显改善家兔脑血流;蝌蚪实验表明扶尔康合剂能延缓蝌蚪发育成蛙的过程。
The animal experiment results showed that the Fu Er Kang mixture(1.5g/Kg)could improve the learning ability and memory, and enhance the endurance to anoxia and the endurance of swimming of mice.The mixture obviously increaed the spontaneity of mice The mixture(0.001/100ml) also obviously increased the perfusion flow of the rabbit coronary arteries and ear vessels in isolated preperation perfusion experment The effect is simi lar to that of Shen Mai Yin. The mixture increased the ceeb rale blood flow of rabbit, too. Tadpolete st result showed that the Fu Er kang mixture can delay the deveiopment of tadpole into frog.
