摘要
提出一种新的表面预处理剂,经这种预处理剂处理后的1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢能在NH_3+CO_2的气氛中进行软氮化,氮化层均匀,显微硬度值可达Hv1418。
A new surface pretreatment solution is presented.The gas nitrocarburising of 1Cr18Ni9Ti can carried out in NH_3+CO_2 atmospheres after its surface was pretreated in the solution.The nitrocarburiscd layer is uniform and its maximum microhardness is Hv1418.
