摘要
本文报道了快速简便准确地测定牛乳中利福平含量的方法。牛乳中利福平加三氯乙酸沉淀,强碱复溶沉淀中利福平后,用乙酸乙酯萃取。达到平衡后,向碱液层中加入适量三氯乙酸,有效地改善了乙酸乙酯萃取效率。乙酸乙酯萃取液经离心后,用双光束方式于478nm进行测定。方法回收率在97.8~101.3之间。检测下限为0.19μg/ml。
This paper reported the simple, rapid and accurate method for determination of rifampicin in milk. The rifampicin in milk was precipitated by adding trichloro-acetic acid. Having been redissolved in sodium hydroxide solution, rifampicin was extracted with acetic ether. Enough extracting efficiency can be achieved by adding trichloro-acetic acid in proper volume into base phase during extracting equilibrium. Rifampicin in acetic ether solution was determined by double-beam spectrophotometry(478nm). The recovery of rifampicin in milk is between 97.8 and 101.3% and minimum detectable concentration is 0.19μg/ml.
