摘要
直接取酒样或5倍稀释后导入原子吸收仪测定。本法检出限为0.02μg/ml,定量检测范围为0.07~3.00μg/ml,回归方程为A-0.1112C+3.186×10^(-3),r=0.9997,平均回收率为92.7~99.2%,平均回收率变异系数为1.68~2.96%。本法干扰小,回收率、检测下限和线性范围符合酒中微量锰的测定要求,与目前国内采用的过碘酸钾法相比具有简便、快速、灵敏之优点,且适用于各类酒中锰的测定。
The sample of wines can be determined directly or indirectly through five times dilution by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The detection limit is 0.02μg Mn/ml. The quantitative determination ranges are between 0.07 and 3.00μg Mn/ml. The regression equation is A=0.1112c+3. 186×10^(-3), r=0.9997. The average recovery and its coefficient of variation is 92.7~99.2% and 1.68~2.96%, respectively. The method is simple, rapid and accurate. The comparative result of this method with standard method showed that this method is reliable.
