延边地区近30年来志贺氏菌属变迁情况分析

Analysis on the Changes of the Dominant Strains of Shigella During Recent 30 Years in Yanbian Area

本文研究和分析了延边地区近30年细菌性痢疾流行菌株的分布,并比较了几个不同年代的痢疾杆菌菌型。其结果表明,从六十年代至九十年代初福氏痢疾杆菌仍是我州流行的优势菌群,但九十年代初福氏痢疾杆菌比六十年代有所下降,六十年代福氏痢疾杆菌占志贺氏菌属的84.12％,九十年代初占64.5％。宋内氏菌有相对升高的趋势,六十年代宋内氏菌占志贺氏菌的14.28％,九十年代初占30.6％。须在防治工作中引起注意。

The distribution and comparison of the epidemic strains of shigella in bacterial dycentery during recent 30 years in Yanbian area were studied. The results showed that Flexner's bacillus, which made up 64.5％ in 1960s, and 84.12％ in early 1990s respectively, had been epidemically dominant strain in this area, although it decreased in 1990s compared with that in 1960s. On the other hand, Sonne's bacillus, constituting only 14.28％ in 1960s increased to 30.60％ in 1990s. The special attention Should be paid on the preventation of bacterial dycentery.
