气相色谱测定香口胶中抗氧化剂BHA、BHT的方法研究

Studies on the Determination of the Anti-oxidand BHA. BHT in Chewing Gum by Gas Chromatography

本文着重研究了应用气相色谱(简称GC)法测定香口胶中抗氧化剂BHA、BHT;提出一种样品中的BHA、BHT直接用石油醚提取后不经弗罗里硅柱处理,即可进行GC测定的方法;并对溶媒的选择及GC最佳条件进行了试验。该法简便快速准确。回收率为93.3～98.1％,精密度为CV2.5～3.2％。

This paper reports a research on the determination of the anti-oxidand BHA. BHT in chewing gum by GC. and fowards method that draws BHA. BHT from sample using petroleum ether explicitly, and not have to separate from Florey silica gel column. Thus, test could be conducted for se lection of solvent and the well condition of GC. This method is simple, rapid and accurate. The rate of return is 93.3-98.1％. and coefficient of variation is 2.5-3.2％.
