摘要
本文研究了应用因子分析分光光度法同时测定饮料中糖精钠和苯甲酸的方法。应用本方法,样品经处理后不用化学分离,测得的吸光度数据全部由微机处理,由计算机输出组分数目和组分含量。相对标准偏差≤5.0%,添加回收率83.3~101%。并与现行的国家标准方法进行了对照,证明本方法简便、快速、再现性好、准确度高。
This paper discribes a factor analysis spectrophotometric method for measuring crystallose and benzoic acid in drinks.With this method,samples treated needn't be separated by chemical ways.A computer processes absorbance data deriving from measur- ment and gives out the number and the content of components. Comparative standard error is less than 5%.Addition recovery ratio is from 83.3% to 101%.Compared with contemporary national standard method,this method is proved to be easy,simple,rapid, repititive and accurate.
