摘要
本文报道了用对硝基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(镉试剂)测定人造奶油和水中微量镍的高灵敏分析方法。原理:在 pH9.0硼砂介质和 TritonX-100条件下,镍与镉试剂生成红色配合物,其极大吸收峰位于波长504nm,镍浓度在0~10μg/25ml 范围呈比耳定律。摩尔吸光度(ε)为1.49×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),Sandell 灵敏度为3.94×10^(-4)μg·cm^(-2)。采取先显色后掩蔽的方法,用 EDTA 消除 Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Co^(2+)、Cd^(2+)、Mn^(2+)、Hg^(2+)的干扰,对 Ni^(2+)有很好的选择性,用于奶油、水中微量镍的测定,与丁二酮肟法对比结果相一致。
A high sensitive analysis method to determine the artificial cream and trace Ni.in water by Cd reagent is reported in this thesis. Principle:On condition of PH9.0 borax medium and Trit on X- 100,a kind of red substance is produced through the combination of Ni and Cd reagent.The peak absorption spectrum is within wave- length of 504nm.The concentraton of Ni(0-10μg/25ml)is in con- formity with Bill's Law.∑ is 1.49×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),Sandell sensitivity is 3.94×10^(-4)μg·cm^(-2).Using the method of displaying the colour first and covering it afterwards,geting rid of the interfer- ence of Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Co^(2+)、Cd^(2+)、Mu^(2+)、Hg^(2+) with EDTA,Cd reagent has good selective of Ni^(2+).Compared with formaldehydeox- (?)me method,the result is the same as the method above-mentioned to determine cream and trace Ni in water.
