用力呼气肺量图MTT及MTTp自动测试

MTT对大小气道阻塞均见敏感性,可作为一项单独的全面的肺功能指标。MTTp则是测定小气道疾病非常敏感的指标。本文报告了用APPLE-Ⅱ机连接水封式肺量计自动测试MTT及MTTp的设计方法和打印结果,为用力呼气肺量图的MTT及MTTp测试在临床上推广普及开辟一条新途径。

MTT is sensitive to both large and small airway diseases. MTTp is especial sensitive to small airway disease. These two indexes may be used as indenpdent and complete indexes in valuing the lung function. A method, for measuring the MTT and MTTp used an APPLE-Ⅱ microcomputer joined spirometer is introduced in this paper. It enables the measurement of MTT and MTTp easy and precise and facilitates the clinical application of these indexes.
