本文阐述了采用固定楔形角(楔形角60°)和开放野交替照射形成合成楔形角的照射方法,并相应地导出计算合成楔形角和楔形因素的计算公式,利用WELLHOFER三维水箱测量系统测定的楔形角和楔形因素与计算值达到较好的符合。

A method to form a synthetic wedge angle by alternating irradiation of fixed wedge(wedge angle 60)and open fields was diseribed. A formula for caleulating the synthetic wedge angle and wedge factor was derived. The results(wedge angle and wedge factor)measured by WELLHOFER three dimensions phantom measuring system are in accordance with that calculated.
