摘要
本文发现在氨性介质中亚硝酸根与对氨基苯磺酸,8—羟基喹啉—5—磺酸反应所生成的橙黄色偶氮化合物具有良好的电活性和吸附性。在-0.56V(VS·SCE)处,该偶氮化合物产生一个灵敏的吸附波。导数波高与亚硝酸根浓度在0.001—0.6μg/ml范围内呈线性关系。回归方程为,r=0.9995。本法已用于测定天然水和食品中亚硝酸根,结果令人满意。
It was found that the orange yellow azo compound formed by nitrite and p-aminobenzenenesulphonic acid and 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulphonic acid in the ammoniacal medium has good electroactivity and adsorption. The azo compound gives a sensitive adsorption wave at the potential of -0.56V(VS.SCE).The height of the derivative wave is rectilinearly related to concentration of nitrite in range of 0.001-0.6μg/ml. The regression equation is:(?)=-0.2+422.5x,r=0.9995. The method was sucsessfully applied to the determination of trace nitrite in water, sausage, pickle and the results are satisfactory.
