矿泉浴对强直性脊椎炎疗效探讨(附55例分析)

Exploration of curative effect of mineral spring water bath on ankylosing spondylitis(attached 55 cases analysis)

强直性脊椎炎至今尚无特殊治疗措施,本文总结了福州地区矿泉水治疗本病患者55例的康复疗效。患者每日接受矿泉盆浴法(全身浸浴),一般治疗60次并配合体疗,其治疗结果:近愈40%,好转56.4%、无效3.6%,总有效率96.4%。我们认为矿泉水疗对强直性脊椎炎的疗效是满意的。

This article summarized rehabilitation curative effect by the mineral spring water bath in Fuzhou region on the patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Authors accepted 55 patients with ankylosing spondylitis.They every day were treated by mineral spring wa- ter bath as comprehensive therapy.Curative results were satisfactory.Ankylosing spondyli- tis haven't special therapy up to now.Authors observed that mineral spring water et al ther- apies have mechanical and temperature stimulation effect on the patients with ankylosing spondylitis,and improved blood circulation of the whole body.advanced metabolism,removed inflammation and swelling,lightened pain,and relaxed spasmodic muscles and ligaments.At the same time.they finded that this disease ESR rise has nothing to do with disease activity. ESR rise still is indication of mineral spring water therapy.ESR rise don't influence on cura- tive effect.Course shorter,curative effect better.Curative effect of this group cases:similar recoverv 40%,improvement 56.4%,invalid 3.6%,general effective rate 96.4%.
