Behavior of A type and rheumatic heart disease

本文运用四种不同调查方法研究了100例风心病、48例冠心病和60例正常人的行为类型。其结果显示:风心病和冠心病A型行为比例明显高于正常对照组(其比例分别为71%、56.2%、P<0.001和P<0.01)。日常生活调查表结果同样显示出风心病超正常上限(>60.2)者,明显多于正常组(P<0.05),Jenkin's表显示风心病组其百分率高于正常组(P<0.05),Alexithymia表不正常者风心病组虽高于正常组,但无统计意义(P>0.05)。病变重,行双瓣替换术(BVR)和病变较轻行单瓣替换术患者(MVR)比较研究中,各类问卷中的争强好胜、敌意和易怒(CH)一项积分值显示双瓣替换术者高于单瓣替换者(P<0.01)而时间紧迫感(TH)及总积分值,二者均未显示有差异。这一结果初步提示:A型行为不仅是冠心病发病的重要危险因子,亦可能与风心病发展变化过程中的致病和治病作用有关。这一点有待今后进一步研究证实。

This paper studied behaviour type of 100 cases with rheumatic heart dsease,48 cases with coronary heart disease and 60 normal persons by means of four different investigation methods.Results showed that A type of behaviour ratio in rheumatic heart dis- ease.and coronary heart disease distinctly higher than normal persons contrast group.(The percentages separetely were 71%、56.2%,P<0.001 and P<0.01).Results of daily life in- vestigation list same showed that value over normal upper limit(>60.2)in rheumatic heart disease was distinctly higher than normal person group(P<0.05).Jenkin's list showed per- centage of rheumatic heart disease group was higher than normal person group(P<0.05), Alexithymia list abnormal in rheumatic heart disease was higher than normal person group, but no statistical importance(P>0.05). In the contrast research of patients with heavy pathological changes,bivalve replacement (BVR)and with light pathological change,mono—valve replcement(MVR),in various ques- tions and answers,integral value of contending for strongnes and seeking to do others down. hostility and easily anger,showed that value of BVR was higher than value of MVR(P<0. 01),but time hard—pressing(TH)and total integral value both never showed difference. This result preliminarily suggested that A type behaviour not only was important risk factor of coronary heart disease attack,but also may be relating to pathogenity action and curing the sickness action in developemental process of rheumatic heart disease.This remained to be confirned by hereafter further research.
