体外乙型肝炎病毒致大单核细胞病变的动态研究

Pathopoiesis of HBV on Monocyte in Vitro

应用透射和扫描电镜,对体外培养、接种乙肝病毒(HBV)和不接种 HBV 的大单核细胞超微结构进行了动态对比观察。发现接种 HBV 6小时后,胞浆出现空泡变和髓样变性;24小时后部分细胞表面膜破裂,细胞器变性和细胞崩解;72小时后,较多细胞表面膜破裂,有细胞坏死;经1、2和3周观察,细胞坏死增多,崩解和核固缩,而同期对照细胞超微结构完好。结果表明,乙肝病毒有直接致细胞病变作用。

The ultrastructure of monocyte inoculated by HBV were dynamically observed using transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that 6 hours after inoculating HBV,vacuolar and pultaceous degenerations were found in the cytoplasms;24 hours,ruptures of cy- tomembranes,degenerations of cell organs and disintegrations of cells were found in some cells;72 hours,ruptures of cytomembranes and cellular necrosises were found in most of the cells;1,2 and 3 weeks, the cellular necrosis was more serious while disintegrations and karyopyknosises were found in the eells.At each of the above periods,no changes of the ultrastructure of the cells in the normal con- trol were found.It is suggested that the pathopoiesis of HBV on monocyte is direct.
