东北紫杉茎枝化学成分的研究

STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF TAXUS CUSPIDATA SIEB ET ZUCC

从吉林产的东北紫杉(Taxus cuspidata)的茎枝中分离得到八个化合物。经理化性质及波谱分析鉴定了六个化合物:硬脂酸,β-谷甾醇,紫杉宁(Taxinine),紫杉宁B(Taxinine B),胡萝卜甙-2′-去乙酰氧基澳洲粗榧碱(2′-Desacetoxyaustrospicatine)。

Eight compounds have been isolated from the stem branch of Taxus cuspidata Siebet Zucc. Among them, six were identified by chemical correlations and spectral analysis. They are steric acid( 1 ), β-sitosterol( 2 ), taxinine(3), taxinine B( 4 ), daueosterol( 5 ) and 2′-desacetoxyaustrospicatine( 6 ); ( 5 ) and ( 6 ) were first isolated from this plant.
