摘要
本文主要综述了Hysub-40工作潜水器在三年多的作业实践中的经验和教训,同时介绍了自制配套工具和维修情况。根据现场潜水日志,对钻井支持的无人遥控潜水器(ROV)工作内容和潜水器工作时的故障作了统计和说明。还对今后进一步消化吸收这一先进技术和提高ROV的作业能力提出了看法和建议,特别是急需解决的在支持船上活动巡航作业问题等。
This paper reports mainly our ROV operational experiences and lessons with the work vehicle-Hysub-40, which has been operating commercially in South China Sea since 1988.Some self-designed and manufactured tools, replacement parts and maintenance of vehicle are also presented Data from the years'. dive-Logs, statistics of both the work contents in drilling support and the troubles of vehicle system occurring during operation have been quoted and explained.According to our current condi tions and workability, some considerations and suggestions also have deen given for further mastering ROV advanced technology and to expand our bus-iness area
