摘要
本文介绍一种CT引导、模板辅助间质治疗方法,其要点是将针管按预制模板限定的排布阵列植入由CT断层定位的肿瘤组织(靶区)内,再按程控置放放射源进行照射,形成即定的剂量分布并达到预定的处方剂量,该方法承继了传统的巴黎系统的精华,结合了剂量优化软件的长处,实用、简单、准确,先后用于脑瘤(神经胶质瘤、脑膜瘤)、胸膜间皮瘤、全身各部位(臀部、腹部、小腿等)软组织肉瘤的插植治疗,成为一种较成熟的常规治疗方法。
A new treatment technique in brachytherapy, 'CT guided template assisted implantation' was established in our department to treat brain tumours, mesothelioma, soft tissue sarcoma,routinely since 1990. It has combined to the principle of the Paris system with mode optimigation programme therefore proved to be accurate and simple in practice.
