摘要
1987年至1989年间,收治62侧重症肌无力病人,采用低剂量全身放疗和局部放疗加中药治疗,总有效率为80.6％.低剂量全身放疗加脾脏、胸腺及病灶局部放疗,治愈率50％。放疗加中药组治愈率61.8％,单纯放疗组38.7％。初步探讨了重症肌无力的发病机理。
From 1987 to 1989, 62 patients with myasthenia gravis were randomized into two groups; 1. Treatment by combined radiotherapy and TCM (combined group, 31 patients), and 2. Treatment by similar radiation therapy (control group, 31 patients). For TCM, 'myo-reinforcement decoction 'was used to invigorate the spleen, liver and kidney. The cure rate of the combined group was 61%(19/31) as compared with that 38.7%(12/31) of the control group (P>0.05). The side reactions were not serious.
