原发于咽淋巴环非何杰金淋巴瘤放疗62例

RADIOTHERAPY OF 62 PATIENTS WITH PRIMARY NON-HODGKIN'S LYMPHOMA OF THE WALDEYER'S RING

1971年1月至1984年8月收治原发于咽淋巴环的Ⅰ、Ⅱ期非何杰金淋巴瘤62例。全部首选放疗,D_T45～60Gy,5及10年生存率分别为50％(31/62)和43.9％(18/41)。Ⅰ期5年生存率70.6％(12/17),有Ⅱ期42.2％(19/45),P<0.05.有全身症状者5年生存12.5％(1/8),无症状者为55.6％(30/54),p<0.01.低、中和高度恶性患者5年生存分别为83％(5/6),57.5％(23/40)和18,8％(3/16)。复发多为远处转移,局部复发仅6.5 ％,腹腔受侵占复发的34.5％。

From 1971 to 1984,62 patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) of the Waldeyer' s ring were treated with radiation therapy. A total dose of 45-60 Gy was delivered. The overall 5-and 10-year survival rates were 50%(31/62) and 43%(18/41), respectively. The survival was related to stage of disease, age (<50 years), systemic symptoms and histologic type. The location of lesion and sex were irrelevant. Relapse rate of 46.8% (29/62) was observed which was usually generalized but only 4 patients (6.5%) had a local recurrence. Ten (16.1%) patients developed relapse in the upper abdomen and died within 1 year. Prophylactic irradiation of that region or supplementary chemotherapy is advised for stage Ⅰ orⅡ NHL arising from the Waldeyers' ring.
