犬纵隔和胸腔内器官术中照射的急性反应

ACUTE RESPONSE OF THE MEDIASTINAL AND THORACIC ORGANS TO INTRAOPERATIVE IRRADIATION IN THE DOG

探索纵隔和胸腔内器官单次大剂量术中照射的急性反应,用9只犬术中照射,1只对照。设两野,1野16MeV E照射纵隔,包括气管、食管、主动脉和上腔静,Ⅱ野9MeVE照左肺中叶与左心室各一部分,剂量25、35、45Gy。3、14、30天后各胸内器官主要为炎性渗出与局灶坏死,上腔静脉有轻微改变,椎体脊髓无改变。心脏和主动脉>35Gy时,有一定危险。

Acute response to single high dose irradiation in the mediastinum and intra-thoracic organs was studied. Nine dogs were irradiated and 1 served as control. Two portals were used- Portal 1, the mediastinum including the trachea, esophagus, aorta and the superior vena cava was irradiated with 16 Mev high energy electron beam. Portal 2, part of the left middle lobe and left ventricle was irradiated with 9 MeV high energy electron beam. 25,35 and 45 Gy were delivered. After 3,14 and 30 days, inflammatory exudation and focal necrosis were observed in the intra-thoracic organs. Minimal changes were observed in the superior vena cava and no change in the thoracic spine or spinal cord. Itradiation >35 Gy may be dangerous for the heart and aorta.
