摘要
测定了人参的共晶点温度为-10^-15℃;导热系数为λ=0.041w/m·℃。可供人参冷冻干燥工艺和设备设计的基础物性数据。
The vacuum-freezing desiccation in widely used for panax ginseng processing. In this study,the eutectic tmperature and the thermal conductivity of ginseng are measnred to be -10 to -15'C and 0. 041W/m ?C ,.respectively,which can be used as the basic data for the process and equipment design. The method and device for the measurement are intro-duced.
