摘要
研究了干燥转鼓转速、物料粒径、床载量、颗粒密度和形状系数对离心流化床压降和临界流化速度的影响。提出计算流化压降的修正式和临界流化速度的准数关联式,为进一步研究此设备的干燥性能打下基础。
The effects of drum speed,size,density and shape factor of particles ,and the hold - up of bed on the pressure drop桝p and the minimum fluidizafion velocity Um of a cen-frifugal fluidized bed dryer are studied. The modified correlations of dimensionless groups for calculating both-Ap and Um are presented as the basis for further study on the drying per-formance of the dryer.
