木质部输导阻力对苹果树体矮化的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对A.B.Beakbane早期研究的资料通径分析可以看出,苹果矮化砧木质部中导管所占的比例与矮化效应呈显著负相关,根据泊肃叶定律证明了木质部输导阻力与矮化效应呈正相关,分析古润泽红星苹果嫁接在不同砧木上叶片矿质元素的含量的资料发现,矮化砧并不是因为木质部输导阻力阻碍了矿质营养的运输,而是木质部输导阻力引起细胞水分供应的亏缺,导致木质部质外体压力差下降和细胞压力势上升,从而促使了ABA合成和IAA氧化酶的活性提高,使IAA水平降低而抑制了细胞的分裂与伸长,最终树体的矮化效应得到表达。 In this paper, the correationships were analysied on the number of vessel in root, the transport resistance in xylem, the content of mineral materials in leaf and the growth reglators to the dwarf in apple tree according to the earlier researches of A.B. Beakbane and Gu Runze.
