摘要
文中讨论论文[1]提出的矩阵的最佳逼近问题,给出了最佳逼近的充分必要条件,并通过这个特征条件得到最佳逼近的计算方法,从而包含了[1]的结果。
The purpose of this paper is to give the sufficient and necessary condition for the best approximation of a matrix under spectral restriction and the method to find the best approximation follows from this characteristic property.
