山西运城盐湖卤虫核酸的初步研究

A PRELIMINARY RESEARCH ON THE NUCLEIC ACID IN ARTEMIA SP.IN THE SALT LAKE IN YUNCHENG REGION OF SHANXI PROVINCE

本文对山西运城盐湖卤虫的总 RNA、tRNA 及 rRNA 进行了分离纯化及测定,结果表明运城盐湖卤虫每克干重成虫的总 RNA 为1.94mg,tRNA 为0.25mg,卤虫卵 RNA的(G+C)％为34.6。同时还发现这种卤虫卵与天津卤虫卵的 DNA 的碱基组成可能存在极微小差异。

This thesis deals with the separation and determination of the nucleic acid in Artemia SP.in salt lake in YunCheng Region,through which the followed figures are obtained,that is,in one gram of dry adult Artemia,1.94mg of total RNA is contained, 0.25mg of tRNA is included.Moreover,the (G+C)% of RNA in Artemia eggs is 34.6.At the same time,it is found out that there may exist very slight difference between those Artemia eggs and those in TianJin Salt field in the composition of base pair in DNA.
