摘要
本实验采用表象心理训练手段,对我校女生三个班在健美操教学中进行实验研究。实验结果表明:表象心理训练组的学生动作技能的质量优于对照组学生,p<0.05,达到了显著性差异。研究表明,表象心理训练能加快学生掌握动作技能。能巩固和提高所学动作技巧,能提高大学生的身心索质和体育教学质量。
This sxperiment,adopying the imagery training method,is carried out through three classes composed of only female students at our university on the teaching of callisthenics.The result indicates:the quality of movement skills of the imagery-training group is superior to that of the non-imagery training group,p<O. 05,great and obvious dif- ference is obtained.This research shows that the imagery training can speed up students' command of movement;and can enhance students'physical and mental quality and improve the teaching quality of physical traching.
