多级导流筒式三相流化床反应器研究

摘要 本文分析了多级串联环流反应器流体的运动情况。实验装置为两级串联环流反应器,研究了五个导流筒高度下,空气一水一固体颗粒三相体系中第二级液相循环速度u_c、气含率ε_g随气速u_g的变化规律。从理论上推导了,并关联了实验数据,同时也得到了ε_g的经验关联式。 This paper has analysed the moving law of fluids in the multistage draft tube Reactor. With a two- stage reactor of this kind, experiment has been conducted, on air-water-solid particle three-phase System, to study the characteristics of the liquid circulation velocity Uc and the gas holdup in the second s.age of five different draft tube heights. Also, mathematical model of Uc has been deducted as follows: The empirical equation of is also obtained.
