摘要
本文通过分析呼吸损耗的机理过程入手,推导出通用的数值分析计算式来计算各蒸发源的呼吸损耗量,同时对气体空间油蒸汽饱和度问题进行了探讨。所得公式可依蒸发源及呼吸特点而简化,并可用来分析各蒸发源的排放气体积及其流量,为生产、设计及管理等单位提供较为合理准确的通用的蒸发损耗计算方法。当采用油气集气回收系统来降低损耗时,公式可作为集气量的计算依据。应用本公式,还将更有利于计算机对油库进行降低损耗的优化管理和控制。
A general formula by numerical analysis has been devived from analysing methanism of evaporation loss in this paper. It can be used to find out evaporation losses from storage tanks, tankers or tank cars. On the other hand, the author made a further discussion to oil vapor saturations in the gas space. This formula can also be simplified and used to determine total exhaust volumns or its rate of flow. And then it can serve to design oil vapor collection and recovery systems. This is particularly of benefit and significance to realize computer optimal management and control in the tank farm operation.
