应用布拉普法选择南阳公牛的研究(上)

STUDIES ON THE SIRE SELECTION OF KAN-YANG CATTLE BY BLUP (Ⅰ)

应用单性状布拉普(BLUP)育种值及方差组分的约束极大似然估计,评价了9头南阳黄牛种公牛的优劣秩次,估出1.5岁体高、体斜长、胸围、管围及体重的遗传力为0.5297、0.6239、0.3929、0.1242和0.4257,1979～1983年5年间各性状年平均遗传进展分别为0.3009、0.1225、—2.1225、O.0494和1.5514。

Using the Best Linear Unbiased Prediction ( BLUF ) me thod and the Restricted Maximum Likelihood ( REML ) approach for single traits,the breeding values & variance components of 9 bulls' 5 traits were estimated ( including withers height,body length,heart girth,cannon girth & liveweight). Heritabilities of them were 0.5297,0.6239,0.3929,0.1242and0.4257,and genetic trends of them were averaged 0.3009,0.1225,-2.1225,0.0494,andl. 5514 respectively.
