摘要
本文从设计指导思想、程序、设计中的系统分析和资料搜集方法以及评审与监测方面,简要介绍ASOCON组织所倡导的小型水土保持项目设计的特点。
Viewed from guiding ideology, procedure, systematic analysis and data collection, appraisal and monitoring in design, this paper introduces briefly the features in the design of small soil and water conservation projects proposed by ASOCON.
