摘要
本文论述了液体粘度变化对静压支承中油膜缝隙的流量q、压力分布p及支承力F_n的影响,并给出了相应的理论公式。研究结果表明,对高压或超高压工况,粘度变化的影响较大,为了减小其影响,应选用热效压力p_τ较大,粘温性能较好的工作液体。
This thesis not only has expounded the affection (as the variation of viscosity) to the cranny flow Q,distribution of pressuse P and supporting force of oil membrane Fn being in the state of static- pressure supporting, but also.it has listed the corresponding formula. The result of studing has made it cleas,that we shall choose the working liquid with bettes heat - benefit pressing Pt and function of viscosity along with temprerture,forreducing the affection to the parameter of moring being in the state of high - pressure or superhigh -pressure and higher sensitire to the changing of viscosity.
