摘要
本文在试验的基础上对圆周速度V=1~4m/s的齿轮传动进行了磨损研究。试验表明:V=1~4m/s低速重载齿轮处于边界润滑状态,其磨损速率与圆周速度有关,且存在一最恶速度值,当齿轮处于最恶速度运行时磨损速率最大。为提高齿轮的使用寿命,应避免齿轮在最恶速度附近运行。最恶速度值与齿轮的运行条件有关,如载荷、润滑油、齿面状况、材料及热处理等。在试验条件下,最恶速度值在V=1.13~1.41m/s,文本对最恶速度现象进行了分析,认为最恶速度值与边界油膜中的局部涡流有关。
The paper studied the wear of gears at the velocity between one to four meters per second.with tests. The results showed that the low speed and high load gears at V=1-4m/s were in the states of boundary lubrication, and their wear rates were associate with the velocities. The maximum wear rate will occur if the velocity is the worst one. The worst velocity was about equal to 1.13-1. 41m/s under the test condition. It is important for gear designers to study and avoid the worst velocity.
