摘要
影响深井泵泵效的原因是多方面的,它与泵的结构、加工精度、油井状况以及地面设备有关。本文立足于无游梁抽油机长冲程低冲次的运动特性,阐述其对泵效的影响,通过对比分析,说明无游梁抽油机由于其良好的运动特性,使得泵效远高于游梁抽油机的泵效。
There are many factors which affect the pump efficiency. Based on the features such as long stroke and low speed of a no-beam pumping unit, this paper analyzes its pump efficiency. It is concluded that the pump efficiency of a no-beam pumping unit is higher than that of a beam pumping unit.
