肌袢成形术所用股二头肌的应用解剖学

APPLIED ANATOMICAL STUDY OF BICEPS MUSCLE IN MUSCULAR LOOP PLASTIC OPERATION

应用显微外科解剖学方法和光镜、扫描电镜观察方法、观察了股二头肌的肌外血管来源和肌内血管构筑。发现股二头肌肌外血管主要来自第1、2、3穿动脉,入肌点主要位于股二头肌肌腹上2/5—3/5区,入肌点处动脉及伴行静脉外径均在1mm以上。股二头肌肌腱内有两种类型的血管:较粗大的微动脉和与腱纤维平行的毛细血管。肌内血管分为血管束、血管索和平行血管干。依据研究结果提出了股二头肌的最佳劈裂宽度的选择及改进手术方法的建议。

The extramuscular source of the blood vessels of the biceps and the architecture of the intramuscuear vessels were observed by method of microsurgical anatomy and light and scanning electron microscopy.The main extramuscular source of the blood vessels of the biceps are from the first, second and third perforating arteries; the entering point of the extramuscular arteries and veins are located in upper 2/5～3/5 of the muscular belly and the arterial diameter in the entering point are over 1mm. There are two kinds of blood vessels in tendonof biceps, one is a big trunk-lihe and the other is capillaries which are parallel with-the tendinous fibers. The intramuscular blood vessels of biceps can be divide5 into vascular tract, vascular cord and parallel vascular trunk. The suggestion on the most suitable spliting width of biceps muscle and improving the muscular loop operation method was offered.
