胃内温度变化对猫视前区—下丘脑前部温度敏感神经元单位放电的影响

EFFECT OF STOMACHIC TEMPERATURE ON UNIT DISCHARGE OF THERMOSENSITIVE NEURONS OF PREOPTIC-ANTERIOR HYPOTHALAMUS (PO/AH) IN CAT

用微电极细胞外记录技术,研究猫视前区—下丘脑前部温度敏感神经元受胃温和脑温影响的特性。采用温度敏感系数、温度—频率相关系数,识别神经元的温度敏感性,证明胃温确能影响温度敏感神经元放电水平,参与体温调节反应。

The exlperiment was carried cut in urethane anaesthetlzed cat. Extracellular microelectrode technique was used to study the effect of stomachic and hypothalamic temperature on PO/AH thermosensitive neurons, Stomachic temperature input affects the level of firing rate of thermosensitive neuron was demonstrated by determining thermosensitive coefficients and temperatuerrate correlative curves, These effects may be involved in the body temperature regulation.
