显微电视录像静画步进法在微循环研究中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 应用显微电视录像静画步进法测定兔肠系膜毛细血管网的红细胞速度、毛细血管口径,并计算血流量。通过输液测得毛细血管血流速度随输液速度而变化,毛细血管网分支前、后血流量收入与支出相等。通过制造肠系膜血淤模型观察测得血淤后12h毛细血管血流速度减慢。证明该方法简便、实用、准确。 The preesnt in microcirculation study was made to develop a method of measuring the blood flow rate in the capillary by visual analysis ef red blood cell images monitored on TV. The article discribed the method microvideo camera technology was used to display net work of microvasculature in the mesentery of rabbit. The Capillary diameter velocity of red blood cell and blood flow rate were measured by. means of TV Frame by Frame. The result show the blood flow rate in capillary was increased after transfusion. The input and output of blood flow before and after capillary divided arc the same. The blood flow rate in mcsentery capillary was decreased after infammation 12 hours. The result is corresponded to others
