黄麻粉尘致肺纤维化的实验研究

摘要 对大白鼠肺内染尘进行病理学观察及肺胶原蛋白含量测定。染尘早期肺内为细胞性反应和肺间质肺炎样改变。染尘晚期细支气管及小血管周围有轻度间质纤維增生,含游离SiO_2 9.32%的黄麻粉尘可引起细胞纤维性结节,游离SiO_2 4.40%的黄麻粉尘引起纤维细胞性结节,游离SiO_2 0.98%的黄麻粉尘仅见细胞性结节。染尘后不同时期各黄麻扮尘组呻胶原蛋白含量均较对照组增加。 Jute dust (silica 9.32%, 4.40%, 9.98% respectively) was injected intratraeheally for total dose of 80mg into 3 groups of wista(?) rats. Pathomorphological examination and measu(?)ement of collagen content in the lung were made at 1, 3, 6, and 12 month after the injection. In the early stage, a pulmonary macnophage response and interstitial pneumonitis were observed. In the last period, slight interstitial fibrosis aroud small air way and small blood vessel was induced by jute dust. Grade 3 fibrosis was observed in softening dust g(?)oup (silica 9.32%). Grade 2 fibrosis was induced by ca(?)ding dust (silica 4.40%). Grade 1 fibrosis was found in finishing dust g(?)oup (silica 0.98%). Collagen content of rat lung in the groups of jute dust increased more than that of control grouts(P<0.05, P<0.01).
