摘要
研制了一种可替代铍青铜的新型高弹性铜合金,合金成分是在Cu-10%Ni的基础上加入少量的Al、Si、Cr和Re元素。经对固溶处理、时效处理工艺参数与合金组织性能关系的考察以及时合金机械性能、电阻率和应力松弛性能的测试,结果表明,在80%~90%变形时,采用900℃固溶0.5h、420℃、时效15~120min,合金具有最高的强度和硬度(σ_b:1160MPa,H_v:360),一定的延性(δ>2.5%)和导电率(9.2%IACS),抗应力松弛性能优于铍青铜,可作为高温高弹性元件的材料使用。
A highly elastic copper alloy which can substitute beryllium bronze is presented in this paper. The alloy contains 10wt% Ni, minor amounts of Al, Si, Cr and Re. The effects of solution heat treatment temperature, aging temperature and time on the structure and properties of the alloy are studied. The mechanical properties, the electric resistivity and the stress relaxation of the alloy are tested. After 900℃, 0.5h solution heat treatment, 80%~90% cold rolled and 420℃, 15~120min aging treatment, the alloy will have excellent properties: σ_b=1 160MPa, H_v=360, δ>2.5%, 9.2% IACS and stress relaxation resistance superior to that of beryllium bronze. The alloy can be used to fabricate high-temperature elastic elements.
