摘要
采用粉末冶金法制取了SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料,基体LY12舍金粉末是由自制的快速凝固雾化粉末装置制取的,并对复合材料的成形工艺进行了对比。结果表明,520℃、150MPa真空热压制取的SiC_p/LY12复合材料的抗弯强度达到578MPa;经520℃真空热压再400℃热挤压的SiC_p/LY12复合材料挤压丝抗拉强度为489MPa,热处理后最高达498MPa,高于热处理后的IMLY12和PMLY12挤压丝。制备工艺合理的复合材料拉伸断口上分布着均匀、细小的等轴状韧窝。
Rapidly Solidified SiCp/AL composites were made by powder metallurgy technology. LY12(2024) alloy powder was obtained from a self-made centrifugal atomization apparatus. It has been found that SiCp/LY12 composites vacuum hot pressed at 520℃, 150 MPa had better blending strength (578 MPa). When LY12+20% SiC composite was extruded at 400℃ after being vacuum hot pressed at 520℃, the ultimate tensile strength of the extrudate was 489 MPa and heat-treated extrudate was up to 498 MPa, which was higher than that of heat-treated IM and PM LY12 extrudates. The fracture surface of the composte consisted of fine and equiaxed dimple with uniform size.
