摘要
用扫描式激光小角散射仪测定聚氯乙烯/丁腈橡胶共混物散射强度,计算了体系的相关距离,并由散射强度估计了积分不变量Q的变化。提出用共混物瑞利比评价体系均匀性的经验方程,用此方程研究了共混物的均匀性。用相差显微镜观察了体系两相分布,用扫描电子显微镜研究了共混物断面的形貌。
The V_v light scattering intensity of the blends of poly (vinyl chloride) with nitrile—butadiene rubber was mearsured with a scanning laser scattering instrument. The correlation distance a_c of blends was calculated, the variation of invariant Q was estimated, and the homogeneity of blends was discussed. The empirical equation for evaluting the homogeneity of blends, using Rayleigh ratio was put forward. The homogeneity of blends was studied by this equation. The pase distribution of blends was observed with a phase contrast microscope and the morpholog of the section of blends was studied with a scanning electron microscope.
