摘要
研究一种新型高强度冷轧薄板钢,其主要成分(wt.%)为:0.04C、0.2Si、1.5Mn、0.2P,钢锭先经锻造和热轧后冷轧成0.8mm薄板。结果表明:冷轧薄板经700退火后的机械性能为:σ_S=420MPa,σ_b=530MPa,ε=31%,γ_m=1.5。经用x射线分析法测定退火前后织构的变化,以及用TEM观测Fe_3P相的析出后提出磷的偏聚和Fe_3P的弥散分布是影响织构发展的重要因素。
The use of high strength cold rolled sheet steel in making automobiles bodies can reduce both the weight of automobiles and the petrol comsuption. A new kind of high strength cold rolled steel was investigated in this paper. Its main compositions(wt%) are: 0.04C, 0.2Si. 1.5Mn, 0.2P. After being forged and hot rolled, the steel plates were cold rolled to plates 0.8mm in thickness. The effect of annealing parameters on the structure and property of the sheet steel was investigated in experiments. Having been annealed at 700℃, the steel sheets had the following mechanical properties:σ_v=420MPa,σ_b=530MPa,δ=31%, γ_m=1.5. The changes in tex t(?). before and after annealing were tested by means of x-ray analysis. Moreover, the precipitation of Fe_3p phase was observed under TEM; we found that the segregation of phosphorus and the dispersed distribution of Fe_3P particles are important factors for the development of textures.
